You can return most items within 15 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
We don’t accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts.
Who covers return shipping:
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product we cover the return shipping.
- If you’re returning for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.) return shipping is at your cost.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Store credit is usually faster.
